Frank Bodin studied piano and composition at the Zurich Conservatory and law at the University of Zurich. He began his advertising career in 1992 at GGK. Frank has received numerous awards in the most important international competitions and was named advertiser of the year in 2009. He is president of ADC Switzerland and a board member of Communication Switzerland. He is also on the advisory board of the University of Applied Sciences Zurich and a guest lecturer at a number of universities. His latest book, «Do it, with love – 100 Creative Essentials», was published in 2015 by Hermann Schmidt (Mainz).
Verena Bernhard studied at the University of Zurich’s Faculty of Economics and at Lucerne School of Business, graduating in business administration and tourism management. She entered the advertising world in 2001 as a controller with Euro RSCG, and has been CFO of Havas Worldwide Zurich since 2010. Verena is a board member of the IAA (International Advertising Association) and an auditor at Leading Swiss Agencies, the Account Planning Group Switzerland and the Art Directors Club Switzerland.
Folker Wrage studied psychology and gained his Executive MBA from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership. He began his advertising career in 1993 and has held positions at OgilvyOne Frankfurt, Publicis Hamburg and Zurich, and McCann Zurich and Istanbul. He has been CCO of Havas Switzerland since May 2016. The recipient of numerous awards, Peter is a member of the Art Directors Club Germany and was a Cannes juror in 2007. Over the last 20 years, he has also been a guest lecturer at a wide range of educational institutions and a speaker at international festivals.
Peter Schaefer studied psychology and communication sciences in Johannesburg and at the London School of Economics. He began his advertising career as a planner at FCB in London and New York. Peter has lectured at the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich, Lucerne School of Business, University of St. Gallen and the London School of Marketing. He is a board member and former president of the Account Planning Group Switzerland.
Rolf Hunziker is a certified communications manager. He entered the advertising world in 1996 as an account manager at Lintas Zurich. He then served as account director and group account director in various agencies, including Wirz Werbung, Contexta Bern, Jung von Matt/Limmat and Assai Dialog + Digital Zurich. Rolf has also been a guest speaker at the University of Applied Sciences Zurich. He joined Havas Worldwide Zurich in 2010 and is a member of the executive management.
Diana Aberkane studied marketing and communication in Wiesbaden. Her first position in the advertising sector was at JWT Frankfurt; she subsequently joined Young & Rubicam Frankfurt, where her clients included Bayer, Unilever, Bosch, Kraft Foods and Danone. In 2011 she moved to Basel to take up an appointment as senior account director at Valencia Kommunikation AG, where she supervised a wide range of projects for Coop and Baloise Session. She has been the director of Havas’ Basel office since 2015 and has overall responsibility for Coop and Mepha.
Damien Fournier has devoted his career to the digital world. With a Master’s in Media Engineering, he has helped establish and develop many startups during his years in the industry, using digitalization as the key to growth and excellence. He was CEO of one of the largest digital agencies in French-speaking Switzerland, where he worked for almost 10 years. The experience he gained there, notably in the creation and implementation of CRM and eCommerce solutions in large multinationals, enabled him to develop a pragmatic outlook and a profound knowledge of digital ecosystems and technologies.
After studying communication and advertising in France, Gabriel Mauron worked for a number of Swiss and international agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi, M&C Saatchi, Leo Burnett and JWT. His work has been recognised at numerous festivals. In 2014, Gabriel joined the Havas Group in Geneva as creative director. His other passion, photography, led to the publication of his first book in 2012.
